The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, promptly addressing my requests, including assistance with transportation and sight-seeing tickets. The location is ideal, being just ten minutes from Zurich Airport and easily accessible via trams to the city center.

Also, the staff really went the extra mile during my stay, ensuring I felt welcomed and catered to. Plus, the proximity to fantastic dining options gave me plenty to explore.

I expected more from a 5 star hotel, but the rooms were cramped and had a funky smell that lingered. There was barely any space for our bags, which we ended up having to toss on the beds. Parking was also a bummer, not free and charged by the hour!

Arriving at the hotel was such a treat, especially with Rafael's warm welcome and those delicious omelettes at breakfast that fueled my adventures! I really loved unwinding in the steam room and enjoying a relaxing back massage after a long day out. Just a heads up, the rooms felt a bit on the small side for my taste, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊
